LESSON PLAN RULES: Coding in maths (rules by Poland)
The lesson plan should follow the points below.
The handouts used during the lesson should be attached in a file.
Chapter: 2D and 3D geometry
Subjects: a coordinate system, drawing 3D models, 2D and 3D figure recognition
Student age: 10 – 14
Materials: any
The main aim of the lesson: revising geometry by using modern technologies
The aims:
– a student acquires the ability to use a coordinate system,
– a student acquires the ability of depth perception;
– a student practices the ability to transfer 2D drawings to 3D constructions as well as to transfer 3D constructions to 2D drawings,
– a student practices the ability to build 3D brick constructions or other constructional elements;
– a student practices the ability to use the instruction and its elements to create his or her own models;
– a student practices the ability to use ICT;
– a student acquires different ways of offline and online coding;
– a student acquires the ability to work in various coding programmes.
