Logo contest rules
THE ORGANIZER AND THE THEME OF THE CONTEST
1. The organizer of the contest for the logo promoting the ERASMUS + project „Coding in space- education beyond divisions” is Primary School no.1 in Czestochowa.
2. The aim of the contest is to obtain the unique logo representing the ERASMUS + project „Coding in space- education beyond divisions”. The logo should be adjustable for flexible usage: on everyday objects, in promotional and advertising materials, on headed paper and other polygraphic materials, in electronic media, presentations, computer graphics, advertising banners, all kinds of information and promotional events in various types and sizes.
CONTESTANTS
1. The contest is addressed to students at the age of 9-14 from all schools participating in the project.
GUIDELINES FOR THE PROJECT
1. The logo should be explicitly associated with the ERASMUS+ project and express its nature and assumptions.
2. A project of the logo should be created in any technique using free-hand drawing with various tools/materials or using graphics programmes.
3. The required format of the entries is A4. The projects of the logo may be placed in a circle, square, etc. The entries prepared using graphics programmes should be in JPG format.
4. The entries which do not follow the rule conditions will not be elligible to take part in the contest.
5. The entries should be delivered to school coordinators until 2nd December 2019.
ASSESMENT OF THE ENTRIES
1. The school selection team in each school will choose three the best-ranked logos in its school and send them to the project coordinator until 6th December 2019. Then, all of the sent logos will be put on website to vote online, so that the best one will be chosen.
2. Voting guidelines will be sent to school coordinators in an extra e-mail.
3. The beginning of voting time: 10th December 2019 at 8 a.m.
4. The end of voting time: 13th December 2019 at 11.59 p.m.
5. The winner of the online voting is also the winner of the logo contest promoting the ERASMUS + project „Coding in space- education beyond divisions”.
THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS
1. The announcement of the results will take place on 17th December 2019 on the following website: www.coding-in-space.eu
2. The organizer reserves the right to use and replicate the logo in all graphical techniques, replicate on electronic data storage devices, use publicly, enter to a computer’s memory and publish the Logo online.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. School coordinators may award the best entries taking part in the project. The potential prizes maybe covered by the project management funds by all schools taking part in the project.
